About the Workshop:
If you are in a role supporting others who suffering, you can be impacted over time by Vicarious Traumatisation (VT). Ongoing global crises have increased pre-existing pressures upon support services worldwide, increasing the incidence of VT in staff.
Understanding VT and what can be done to proactively mitigate its impact, is a win-win for staff as human beings, the organisations they work for and the people they support.

- A trauma-informed Self-care Framework for looking after ourselves.
