Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and our post qualifying Level 5 Diploma in Trauma Counselling is awarded by the Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body (CPCAB).

Courses
Level 2 Introduction to Counselling
This is the entry level course in our suite of Counsellor training courses and is the first step required for those wishing to pursue Level 3 training and above.
It is equally suitable for those who wish to develop their listening and responding skills, as well as their awareness of counselling and mental health. The course can be hugely beneficial for those involved in supportive, helping, pastoral and caring roles in their community, church or workplace.
Level 3 Integrative Counselling
For students wishing to train as counsellors and progress to the Level 4 Diploma training course, either with Willows or elsewhere, or people wishing to further enhance their listening and counselling skills for roles such as pastoral care, teaching, management, leadership, emergency services, social work and nursing.
Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (CPCAB)
For students wishing to train and qualify as counsellors.
The course includes theoretical study, practical skills training, experiential exercises, supervision of counselling practice and personal development.
Level 5 Diploma in Trauma Counselling (CPCAB)
This course will provide opportunities to learn and develop skills using an integrative model of trauma, including working somatically and with dissociation.
Additional themes covered in the course will be somatic work, neurobiology, attachment theory, flashbacks, dissociation, symptom reduction, shame, diversity, risk, rupture & repair, supervision, resilience and self-care.
