Working for Willows

Willows is a vibrant team of volunteer clinical staff, a small dedicated team of office and and administration staff and a committed and knowledgeable training team. We are all invested in delivering a high quality service to all of our users.

Teaching at Willows is both an honour and a privilege. As a teaching team, we share a collective belief in quality training that offers encouragement, appropriate challenge and a desire to work at depth in order to support students at all levels to explore and embrace the fullness of who they are. I believe that modelling my own authenticity and vulnerability is one of the greatest gifts I can offer my students.

Willows Tutor

The trauma course without doubt has been the most significant part of my learning journey so far. From both a personal and professional perspective, my learning has been has felt considerably enriched as a result of the 12 months spent studying with Willows.

Previous Student

The Level 4 Diploma course at Willows has allowed me to continue my counselling journey with confidence and a strong belief that I have gained firm foundations with which to work with a variety of clients. I experienced the content of the course as wide ranging and thorough. My learning was supported my confident and competent tutors, and I have formed relationship with my peers which I believe will last a lifetime.

The tutors were fantastic, they were so generous in sharing their experiences and experiencing and it was clear from the first weekend that we were in safe hands for this journey.
