Willows is a vibrant team of volunteer clinical staff, a small dedicated team of office and and administration staff and a committed and knowledgeable training team. We are all invested in delivering a high quality service to all of our users.

Willows has been a valued part of our Swindon community for many years and I have been very pleased to visit and engage with them as South Swindon’s MP

Training on Level 2 and 3 has been absolutely fantastic. I started level 2 unsure if I would continue and each level has totally exceeded my expectations. The course is delivered in a sensitive, empathetic way and has felt a really safe space to explore and challenge.

Level 3 Student

Teaching at Willows is both an honour and a privilege. As a teaching team, we share a collective belief in quality training that offers encouragement, appropriate challenge and a desire to work at depth in order to support students at all levels to explore and embrace the fullness of who they are. I believe that modelling my own authenticity and vulnerability is one of the greatest gifts I can offer my students.
