Willows chosen as Kentwood Show Choir's Charity of the Year

Kentwood Show Choir

Willows is delighted to have been selected as Kentwood Show Choir’s Charity of the Year for 2026. One of Swindon’s best loved choirs, Kentwood has been entertaining audiences and bringing music to the town for more than 60 years.

We are especially grateful to our trustee Catherine, a member of the choir, and to Sheila Harrod, Kentwood’s founder and musical director, whose support has helped make this partnership possible. Through their generosity, Willows will benefit from fundraising at two Kentwood Show Choir events this year.

The first event, Some Enchanted Evening, is already sold out, reflecting the choir’s excellent reputation and popularity. However, there is still time to book tickets for their performance at the Wyvern Theatre on Saturday 28 November, where audiences can enjoy a wonderful evening of music while supporting a local charity.

What does this mean for us?

As a community‑based counselling charity, our mission is to provide high‑quality support while ensuring it is accessible to everyone who needs it. Every £25 raised helps fund a session for someone who might otherwise be unable to afford to come for counselling.

How can I find out more?

Tickets can be purchased from the Wyvern Theatre for the November concert – we’d love to see you there!
